Thai Food Truck - Hiring for Front of House

Positioned at the order and pickup window. This job is to be fun and friendly while still maintaining efficiency and productivity. Take orders, answer questions, and take card or cash payments. Then choreograph with the chef to pack orders for here and to-go.

Various side jobs like maintaining a clean working area, filling the forks and spoons, and making sure sauce packets don't run out. Will provide on the job training.

Fast food experience preferred

Good listener and fast learner

Taking accurate food orders

Ensuring items are well stocked

Assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order

Must be punctual and dependable

Maintain a professional and friendly team player attitude

Effective communication with staff members

Quick thinking and problem solving skills, anticipate ways to help during rush

Attention to detail and ability to follow direction

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to lift 50lb bags & containers

Obtain food handlers card within 2 weeks of hire

Dress code is clean and neat

Starts $15/hr + tips

Tips start after first 4 shifts

1 free meal per shift

20-25 hours per week

Friday - 5:00pm-10pm + clean up (variable)

Saturday - 10:30am-2pm 5pm-10pm + clean up (variable)

Sunday - 10:30am-2pm 5pm-8:30pm + clean up (variable)
