Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

- Handle post-construction cleaning tasks such as debris removal, deep cleaning, and detailed dusting.

- Execute professional carpet cleaning using industry-standard equipment and techniques.

- Carry out floor cleaning tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing various floor types.

- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid subcontractors janitorial license in the state of Oregon.

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to pass a background check.
