Carpenter/ Carpenter's Assistant

Position: Lead Carpenter/Carpenter's assistant/Laborer

Employment: Part Time or Full Time available

Location: Kitsap County

Compensation: DOE, Competitive Wages

Job Description:

We are a small residential construction company doing a variety of work in kitchen and bath remodels, full home remodels, and additions. We are looking for someone who can start immediately as we are booked out with work currently. The ideal candidate will work well in a team setting while being attentive and a quick learner.

Most work will take place on Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo but at times you will be asked to work elsewhere in Kitsap County.

Required:

Reliable transportation (pickup or van a plus)

Abide by our policy of a smoke-free, drug & alcohol free job site

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and perform repetitive movements without assistance

Desired traits:

Experience in construction industry

Professional appearance and well mannered

Punctual and dependable

An eye for detail, eager to learn and can listen to directions

A team player with a strong work ethic

Communication skills via text, email, and in-person

Able to work unsupervised with strong problem-solving skills

Flexible working schedule (some weekend shifts may be required to meet deadlines)
