HVAC TECH/Maintenance Person needed ASAP

Green Fili LLC in need of HVAC/maintenance person needed must have experience in all areas COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL REFRIGIGATION and HVAC (A MUST) and Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems ECT.

Ability to handle basic repairs around the building.

Grounds keeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance

Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and store managers.

Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked

Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the buildings. Salary depending on experience. BILINGUAL HUGE PLUS (Spanish/English) IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR RIGHT CANIDATE
