Ability to safely lift and handle loads up to 50 pounds.

Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills.

Preparedness to work in various weather conditions, including sun, rain, and wind.

Self-driven to learn new skills and trades.

Flexibility in completing tasks using different methods.

Availability for overtime, Saturdays, and some Sundays.

Responsibilities:

Available for overtime and weekend work as required.

Punctual and maintaining a positive attitude during task completion.

Adhering to directions from the Foreman/Superintendent and Leads.

Showing respect towards colleagues, managers, the company, other contractors, clients, equipment, and property.

Assisting in the setup and breakdown of equipment.

Collecting necessary tools for tasks and demonstrating their proper use.

Preparing job sites for construction work by various trades.

Carrying out setup and cleanup tasks at job sites.

Providing labor support for specialty crews as needed.

Wearing approved Personal Protective Equipment at construction sites.

Identifying equipment hazards and following safety protocols.

Attending safety meetings and complying with safety policies, regulations, and procedures.

Representing the company positively both internally and externally.

Participating as a team member and completing assigned tasks on time.

Maintaining professionalism according to company policies.

Performing additional duties as assigned.
