Looking for Medical Billing Associate who will collaborate with the billing team to optimize revenue cycle management processes. Review medical codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) to procedures and diagnosis. Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals as needed. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or discrepancies in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.
