The concept of Dryft Wellesley comes from the established Dryft Revere location on Revere Beach that blends traditional Italian cuisine and fresh seafood. We are looking for dynamic motivated individuals to join our front of house team and be the heartbeat of our new restaurant. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career in hospitality, we welcome individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist in food running and table service.

Strong time management skills to efficiently assist in bussing tables, running food, and providing water service.

Flexible availability, especially during weekends and/or weekday mornings

Positive attitude with a genuine love for hospitality and community.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in basic English is a mandatory qualification.

Responsibilities:

Assist in running food orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to guests.

Efficiently bus tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Provide water service to guests, ensuring glasses are filled and needs are promptly attended to.

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate a smooth dining experience.

Adapt to changing priorities and high-demand situations with composure and efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in support areas.

Handle additional tasks as needed to support the overall operation.
