Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English-Spanish)

We sell stone products to contractors, builders, and homeowners. Our products come from our own quarry and hundreds of other quarries locally, nationally, and abroad. We have a great corporate culture and work environment.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing customer service associate.

Duties: Include greeting and engaging, as well as writing up and checking out customers. We use QuickBooks but are transitioning soon to a POS. Answering phone calls and assisting customers; helping in the stone yard, which could entail picking up trash and assisting loader operators with bulk orders. Also scheduling local deliveries, confirming orders or invoices, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Proficient English and Spanish. Computer or technological experience is desired. Ability to learn and maintain a working knowledge of our products, mostly stone. We have about 350 items. Making outbound calls: we’d like someone who can make a few of these a day to existing customers.

Cross-functional? If you are willing to learn to use an articulated loader or have a CDL B or A, let us know in the interview. We have loaders, dump trucks, Moffetts, and tractor-trailers.

Hours: We operate M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We don't currently work Saturdays but are considering it on a seasonal basis. If we open Saturdays, it will be for a shorter day. No Sundays.

Compensation and Benefits: $18.00/hr to start with a pay raise review after a third quarter with us. OT beyond 40. After 90 days, offer paid sick and vacation days. Health Insurance 80/20. 401k. We’ll discuss these details in a face-to-face interview.
