Handyman

Long Island based property management company seeks full time handyman for general repairs and property inspections. Must have valid drivers license, skilled in all aspects of construction, good problem solver, attention to detail, and efficient. Monday - Friday work week. May be required to be on call evenings, weekends.

Must have experience in :

-Electrical

-Plumbing

-Carpentry

-Masonry

-Painting

Drug Testing, Back-Ground Check, and References Required.
