We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, independent, eager to learn, motivated, driven, able to balance an array of responsibilities, and has strong organizational skills.
This person will often the first point of contact for our Clients and Tenants and will be responsible for Front Desk and other administrative support duties. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Answer Incoming Calls - Transfer/Route Calls Accordingly
Check emails - Prioritize and Reply/Forward
Correspond with Clients and large Agencies - Assist Accordingly
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities - Check Deposits and Posting
Process Invoices, PO’s, Proposals as needed
Copy and Data entry
Manage Excel Spreadsheets
Interact with Co-workers, Clients, and Tenants
Electronic File Management and Manual Filing
Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge is required; Accounts Receivable experience a plus.
Must be organized and able to focus on tasks at hand.
Must be deadline driven and respond to tasks in a timely manner.
Must be able to solve problems independently, as well as take and follow directions.
Must have excellent communication skills - both in speech and writing - as well as the ability to interact professionally in an office environment.
Must have a positive attitude!
Qualifications:
Some prior Customer Service or Administrative experience.
Be available at least 40+ hours a week.
