Conducting cash analysis for investment vehicles and approving the payables/expenditure workflow.

Consolidating and reconciling investment accounts monthly, involving balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries.

Managing draw requests and paydowns, while supervising third-party accounting tasks.

Directing quarterly close processes and formulating financial statements and footnotes.

Preparing quarterly investor reports and maintaining Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), inclusive of distributions.

Administering partner capital accounts on an annual basis in Juniper Square.

Compiling financial packages for auditors and tax accountants and answering their queries.

Involving in investor relations and interpreting legal agreements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

2-4 years of experience, preferably in real estate, private equity, or financial services.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with preferred experience in MRI and Juniper Square.

Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and proactive with excellent decision-making abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
