New Construction Detailer (Finish carpenter/Drywall)

We are an established company looking for an experienced, reliable employee with construction background.

We work with many of the top home builders in the area.

We treat our employees well and like to have positive attitudes on the job sites!

As a detailer you will be completing punch lists prepared by the superintendent doing final repairs and touch ups for the sale of the home. This includes:

-Small drywall repairs

-Caulking

-Paint touch up

-Cabinet touch up

-Door adjustments

-Floor squeaks

-Etc.

Must have experience in carpentry repair / drywall repair

Must have necessary tools to perform the task assigned such as basic hand tools, drill, 4-6 foot ladder

Power tools a plus

Must be reliable, on time and respectful to superintendents, other trades and home buyers

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
