We are a 22-year-old company specializing in formulating and marketing probiotic dietary supplements.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Answering calls and questions about our probiotics and their application and usage.

Taking phone orders.

Online Marketing Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

E-mail marketing

Website content management

Good database development.

Skills Required:

Education: A degree in Marketing, Nutrition, Sciences or a related field is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years experience in customer service and online marketing.

Content writing, social media, and online marketing.

Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Experience using social media for professional purposes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Some background in nutrition, health, and probiotics is a plus.

Computer Savvy.

Hours of operation: 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Thursday
