We are seeking a talented and experienced FOH Restaurant Manager looking to join and grow with a dynamic, established, and evolving brand.

We are looking for a team member who:

Works in conjunction with kitchen management to ensure strict standards for cleanliness & food safety are always met.

Supports in-store training initiatives; involved in the process for new employee orientation; and monitors training processes to ensure quality training of new team members.

Continuously motivates the staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Solicits guest feedback to understand guest needs and the needs of the local community.

Utilizes management information tools to address trends in sales, promos, voids, labor costs, food costs and operational expenses.

Ensures the company's policies and procedures are properly executed.

Minimum Requirements: Qualifications

3 years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.

Demonstrates sound business ethics.

Great oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Self-motivated and guest focused.

Excellent organizational/time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in stressful situations.

Results driven and able to meet deadlines.

Familiar with touch screen POS systems.

Food safe certification and responsible alcohol training.

Available to work on days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Job Type: Full-time for 40 hours average per week

Pay: $30 - $32 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
