Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds safely.

Strong skills in communication, organization, and listening.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including sun, rain, and wind.

Self-driven and motivated to learn new skills and trades.

Adaptable in different methods to complete tasks.

Available for overtime, Saturdays, and some Sundays as needed.

Responsibilities:

Availability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Punctuality and a positive attitude in completing assigned tasks.

Follow directions from the Foreman, Superintendent, and Leads.

Show respect for oneself, colleagues, managers, the company, other contractors, clients, equipment, and property.

Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment.

Gather and proficiently use the necessary tools for assigned tasks.

Prepare job sites for various construction activities.

Perform setup and cleanup duties at job sites.

Provide labor support for specialty crews when needed.

Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment at construction sites.

Recognize equipment hazards and adhere strictly to safety precautions.

Maintain awareness of spacing requirements to complete tasks efficiently.

Attend safety meetings and follow all safety policies, regulations, and procedures.

Represent the company positively both internally and externally.

Fully participate as a team member, completing all requirements promptly.

Maintain professionalism as per company policies.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
