Innovation Construction is actively hiring for a full-time Construction Sales Manager.
Overview of the Role
Managing projects from the point of sale to project completion
Cultivating long-term relationships with our clients
Writing Estimates
Managing project changes with the customer
Collaborating with the staff and Vendors
Following up on sales leads and generating leads
Responsibilities
Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; develops and sustains positive and productive client relationships and takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.
Focuses on sales and acquiring new jobs
Handles Estimates and communicates the quotes to the customer
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Provides project updates on a consistent basis to clients regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Creates plans to address clients’ needs and generate revenue.
Local travel to construction sites is required.
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
Act as project manager on jobs you sell, you will be the lead on all projects you sell.
Key Qualifications
Residential and some commercial Construction sales
Ability to build long-term relationships with customer satisfaction as top priority.
Knowledge of writing construction estimates
Highly detail oriented.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with construction-based work & terminology.
Basic mathematical comprehension.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must be trustworthy and reliable.
