Residential Construction Company looking for a Field Runner. Great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us, learn about professional home construction, reading architecture blue prints, scheduling, estimating, and follow up. Projects are in Northern VA area (Mainly Fairfax and Arlington County)

The typical tasks would include;

- Traveling to jobsites

- Assist GC with Communicating

- Keep track of tasks/to do list

- accept deliveries (able to pick up 75lbs)

Qualification and Must have, would include;

- High level of attention to details

- Proven organizational skills

- Great communicating skills (Written and verbal)

- Diverse I-phone and Apps application knowledge

- Quick learner

- Clean driving records

- must have your own transportation

- must be able to work on the weekends whenever we request(currently, once a month average)

- must be able to lift 80lbs yourself

- honest and reliable

- fast face and team work personality

- Able to past a drug test

The pay is salary based on experience
