Era Wine Bar is Hiring Servers Who Love Wine!

Want to taste and sell some of the most amazing wines in the world with a cool team in an upscale casual setting? Join our Wine Enthusiast team at Era. We're looking for dynamic servers who are also interested in bartending from time to time.

At Era, you will:

- Serve as a subject matter expert on our wine menus, including by the glass, Coravin, and bottles

-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers while engaging multiple customers at once

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain clean and organized bar, dining room, and patio areas

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

-Offer awesome customer service with confidence and kindness

- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales

Required:

- Strong interest in/experience selling wine is REQUIRED

-Minimum 2 professional references from restaurant or hospitality positions required

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent, professional communication and interpersonal skills required

- Strong knowledge of food service and restaurant industry standards required

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Must be at least 21 years old

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements. The responsibilities of the position may vary depending on our needs. We are looking for team members who can serve at least 5 shifts per week, Wednesday through Sunday.
