Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Product Manager 2 Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Product Manager 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Product Manager 2 Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, this role monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.This role understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. The Product Manager 2 makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. This role follows established guidelines/procedures.This role works on Eastern Time Zone business hours and requires the ability to work after hours as needed to support prod turns (Nights/weekends approximately 1 time per month).The Product Manager 2:

Supports the consumer interaction product management team and Inbound Voice Response (IVR) product

Interfaces with internal, external resources to ensure the successful completion of all projects.

Prepares presentations and communication materials on behalf of the project team including executive-level communications.

Partners with operational teams and process team colleagues to drive process improvement and identify/apply best practices.

Coordinates and plans meetings including the development of meeting agendas, documenting and distribute meeting minutes, maintaining action items/issues log, updating smaller scale project plans and any other documentation as needed to support business partners.

Monitors and reports on project progress and milestones, works closely with business partners to ensure the project remains on track and delivers successfully.

Manages project and program interdependencies and potential roadblocks, establishes clear resolution paths, and escalates situations as necessary.

Analyzes and identifies areas of suboptimal performance within the consumer experience based on real time call listening to offer solutions for consumer pain points

Researches consumer feedback and examines call outcomes to be able to make recommendations on product enhancements.

Manages, creates, and analyzes reporting to communicate the health, success and areas of opportunity in the product space.

Maintains sufficient understanding of the product and assists with coordinating user acceptance testing efforts

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines

Ability to create and maintain strong relationships

Ability to work after hours as needed to support prod turns (Nights/weekends)

Knowledge of SAFe Methodologies

Working knowledge of most Microsoft programs (excel, Lucid, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of PowerBI

Working knowledge of SQL

Working knowledge of ePost or SMED or operational knowledge of CenterWell Pharmacy

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience

Product Management experience

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 - $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
