What You’ll Work On

The Assistant Repair Administrator's primary role is to deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers, manage day-to-day operations of the client-owned equipment service activities, actively monitor customer service issues, and initiate actions that resolve problems and improve the customer service and quality experience promoted by Campbell Scientific.You’ll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks

Create and maintain a strong culture in accordance with the Campbell Scientific’s core ARCTIC values Accountability, Respect, Client-Centric, Teamwork, Innovation, Continuous Improvement.

Issue, receive, process, and monitor progress of all Return Material Authorizations (RMA) service.

Coordinate the information flow between repair administration, repair technicians, and other stakeholders that ensure department efficiencies and customer service goals are met.

Provide repair estimates, acquire customer payment information, and verify shipping/billing information for processing of service activities.

Inspect items received for restock, verify condition of items to be restocked, and issue restock inventory numbers.

Maintain repair database, ERP accuracy, and the repair inventory.

Collaborate and drive process enhancements that facilitate continuous improvement in repair processes and customer service.

Display efficiency in managing day-to-day Service processes (5-day turn-around).

Provide feedback that enhances product and design quality.

Provide service that exceeds customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED

2 years’ experience in business, office occupations and customer service

Effective use of computer systems and software including Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, calendar, Outlook, etc.).

Self-motivated, pays attention to detail, possesses keen organization skills, and is driven to achieve customer service satisfaction

Ability to research and understand root-cause issues and initiate problem-solving decisions

Proven ability to work well with others individually and in group assignments and settings

Preferred Qualifications

Dependable office professional

Strong work ethic and dedication to meeting department and customer needs

Familiarity with MS Excel

Work Environment

Professional office setting, usually quiet in nature.
