Part-Time Brand Ambassador
We are seeking a dynamic, sales-focused, Part-Time Brand Ambassador to represent our company by engaging with potential clients and showcasing our unique custom window treatment design solutions to drive sales growth!

The Shade Connection specializes in high-end functional designs, catering to clients who prioritize elegance and quality in their home decor. Their custom window treatments redefine luxury with unparalleled designs that set them apart in the industry.
Our Offer:
Pay of $19/hr - $20/hr based on experience
Ability to earn commission on any leads that turn to sales
Paid training to get you up to speed so you can provide our clients with a great experience!
Part-time schedule: 2-3 days per week with 1 mandatory special events per month

Day in the Life:
As the Brand Ambassador, you will take pride in what we create and inspire our clients to sign up for a consultation!
Brand Representation: Embody our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate product features and benefits - dive into draperies, shutters, blinds, and shades!
Lead Generation and Engagement: Proactively engage with clients and seek new leads through networking and other channels.
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the sales process.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
A flair for design, bonus points for previous window covering experience!
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Experience using different technologies (Email, CRM, iPad/tablet)
