Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and scheduling appointments.

Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
