Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an Experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation practice!

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court and JAMS/AAA arbitrations

Interview and market to potential clients

Advise clients on litigation and settlement strategies

Conduct discoveries

Prepare and lead trials as first chair

Perform administrative and management functions as assigned by the firm, including supervising junior associates

​​Qualifications:

At least 5 years of previous experience in commercial litigation

First chair trial experience, especially jury trials.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
