Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Retention Specialist with a strong talent for handling buyer's remorse, addressing competitors' negative remarks, and managing bad reviews. Our company operates in a high-pressure sales environment where customers often misunderstand our contracts. This position is newly crafted to help retain business after a sale is made and while a job is in progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Use rebuttals to mitigate buyer's remorse and negative reviews.
- Counteract competitors' negative statements about our company.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Retain business by clarifying contract terms and benefits.
- Manage customer retention throughout the job progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-pressure sales culture.
- Proven track record in customer retention and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and customer expectations.
- Experience in the long-distance household goods moving industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Granot, GoTo, and Google Workspace is a significant plus.
Schedule and Compensation:
- 40 hours per week, 6 days a week (staggered schedule).
- Weekly pay of $600 starting base plus commission.
- 3 months in-office training followed by consideration for a remote hybrid for weekend shifts.
- 1099 position.
- Catered lunch once a week.
