City Dispatcher

We are currently looking to expand our team. We are looking for a City Dispatcher with experience self-motivated and can work well with all kind of different personalities. Ideal candidate needs to be able to work independently, while multi-tasking in what can be a high demand position. Dispatchers will work on average 40 hours throughout the week including rotating some Saturdays. Dispatcher will be working with company drivers and contract drivers

Ensure all deliveries are dispatched. Monitor Pickups and deliveries continuously, take initiative to ensure that all deadlines are met, and customers are updated.

Drug free workplace, no drama.must have ample transportation to/from work, no excuses. Will train the right person with office skills.

Skills needed:

· Experience in movement of transportation : Satellite based navigation system(ELD/Samara) : Enter containers in Navis to receive notification of availability. : Act as a reliable point of contact to drivers.

· Prepare dispatch documents (DOs, BOLs, OW permits & other delivery instructions)
