Highroller Lobster Co. & our new affiliate restaurant Low Stakes Lodge is looking for some new friends for our back of house team! Highroller is Open 7 days a week from 11am-9pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-11pm Friday and Saturdays.

Low Stakes will be open for Wednesday Prep 9am-5pm, and Thursday-Sunday for dinner service 4pm-12am shifts.

Compensation at Highroller Lobster Company:

-Line positions start at $22/hour.

-Prep positions start at $21/hour.

-Dishwasher positions start at $20/hour.

Compensation at Low Stakes Lodge:

-All positions range from $20-$28 based on experience.

-$1 Raise after 60/days

-$1/hour Bonus for every hour of work through calendar year Christmas bonus for year-round employees.

Requirements

-Kitchen experience is a plus but work ethic and attitude are more important.

-Ability to work service industry hours. Weekends are a must.

-Must be able to move heavy containers and be comfortable standing, walking, and using arms and hands over long periods of time. This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, kitchen discipline, consistancy and overall stamina

-Must be able to communicate effectively under loud and busy conditions.
