Carpenter Foreman

R.P. Morrison Builders (www.rpmorrisonbuilders.com) is looking for a Carpenter Foreman with at least 6+ years of experience to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated high-end residential construction company. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience running a residential frame to finish jobsite.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations relevant to wall protection systems

Extensive frame and finish carpentry skills

Ability to interact and communicate well with your crew, subcontractors, and the client

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Professional conduct, positive attitude, and neat appearance

Ability to manage and lead carpentry team members

Ensure the daily schedule is maintained.

Ensure that all work produced on the job site is done safely, to our company's high-level craftsmanship.

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week

Employees are responsible for their own transportation and basic tool pouch/hand tools. We provide all the power tools needed. Current and near-term projects in Sebago, Raymond, Yarmouth, and Otisfield.
