Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Full-time and Part-time Sales Associates needed at the brand-new location of Astro Gallery of Gems in Southampton, NY. If you have at least 2-years of Luxury Retail Sales experience, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for Sales Professionals who bring passion to every conversation. We need candidates who love being surrounded by beautiful fine minerals and gems, fossils, meteorites, jewelry, home decor items and more in a luxury gallery setting.

Our Gallery has retail hours, so we are looking for someone who can work non-traditional hours, including days, nights weekends and holidays. This is an immediate hire for us so apply today.

Responsibilities:

Luxury Sales - Cultivate new and existing customer relationships.

Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.

Capture customer data.

Elevate store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to every customer.

Demonstrate passion for our products during each sale.

Follow through with those customers who need extra care.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in LUXURY retail

Proven track record in achieving sales results.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to work with a diverse client base.

Must have authorization to work in the United States.
