CNC Machine Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is presently seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator for an valued client located in Marysville, WA. Our client is a renowned custom manufacturing company in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in aluminum casting and precision CNC machining.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday – 5:00AM-3:30PM (OT Fridays as needed)

Responsibilities:

Operate 3-axis CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal milling

Perform deburring and drilling tasks as required

Execute other duties as assigned within the scope of CNC machine operation

Qualifications:

Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in previous roles.

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines.

Ability to meet the physical demands of operating CNC machinery.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal initiative.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
