Carpenter and/or Carpenters Helper

I am looking for a skilled carpenter as well as a carpenters helper for a full service residential building company.

Carpenter Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years of framing experience. Candidate is expected to have own hand tools and belt, their own vehicle to provide transportation to and from job site, ability to keep the job moving forward if owner needs to be off site (plenty of instruction will be provided by owner if this situation were to arise) positive attitude, and absolutely must be able to pass a background check. Not afraid of heights or crawl spaces and able to work safely - no cowboy stuff.

Carpenters Helper

Looking for someone with some experience working in framing and carpentry. This individual will be doing many things on the jobsite - morning setup of tools, afternoon break down of tools, working closely to assist carpenters during all phases of construction and clean up. Opportunity to work with carpenters to actually learn the trade. If you are a hard worker and team player we will teach you and try to get you to the next level. The main things I am looking for in this individual are: Someone who is willing to work hard, take direction, learn from others, be respectful, be safe, and have a positive attitude. You absolutely must be able to pass a background check.

Pay:

Pay is commensurate with experience for both positions, above average industry pay for the right candidates. This is a 1099 position. No drinking or drugs will be tolerated AT ALL on the job site.
