These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.WHAT WE’RE DOINGCanadian Surface Combatant teamWith decades of partnership with the Government of Canada and experience in delivering complex naval programs to the Royal Canadian Navy, Irving Shipbuilding Inc. and the Lockheed Martin Canada-led design team will successfully steer the CSC’s combat management systems from design to delivery.THE WORKThe Ship Integration Program Manager will have responsibility to deliver the Canadian Surface Combatant integrated design documentation and provide management of a major subcontract with our partner warship designer. Responsibilities include subcontract management, integration, interface with FMS, and delivery within cost and schedule.Position can be based at a RMS location, remote will be considered.The Program Manager responsibilities include: Program execution throughout the lifecycle of the programs Demonstrated Program financial management and planning Customer relationship management Major subcontractor relationship management Government and internal customer engagements and interfacing with functional leaders ensuring a workforce strategy to meet business needs Develop and manage contract execution baselines to deliver products which meet requirements on time and on budget Working closely with the Ship Design Agent and Shipbuilder program management in support of ship integration and installation support and the Global Sustainment PM for Lifetime Support planningPosition can be based in an RMS major location, remote will be considered. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships. Ability to travel domestic and international based on business needs Ability to obtain Secret ClearanceDesired Skills: Active Secret Clearance preferred Ship design, development and integration experience Experience with shipbuilding programs and waterfront installation Leader who can create team momentum, remove barriers, and execute to a program schedule Demonstrated good judgement, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills Understands waterfront test planning and test program execution. Ability to interface with customer leadership and Engineering & Technology to address system issues and execution performance. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $123,500 - $236,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $142,100 - $267,600.
