Part Time Household Assistant Needed

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly Household Assistant to work with our family in Fort Collins, CO. You will be responsible for providing daily rides to and from school for our middle schooler (during school year), spending two mornings each week tidying and cleaning our home, running errands as needed, and providing occasional late night and overnight childcare in our home for our 11, 15, and 16 year olds as requested. You will be compensated $30/hr for weekly work (plus mileage reimbursement) and $250/day for overnight childcare. You must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

During the school year, pick up and drop off our middle schooler from school every weekday, following a regular schedule and ensuring safety and punctuality.

Clean and tidy areas of our home twice a week (4 hours each time), including vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and doing dishes.

Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping, picking up cleaning, or mailing packages.

Provide occasional late night and overnight childcare in our home for our three children, ages 11, 15, and 16, as requested. This may include preparing meals, supervising homework, giving rides, and ensuring bedtime routines.

Optional opportunities include occasional drives between Fort Collins and Denver International Airport as needed and available.

Communicate with us regularly and promptly, reporting any issues, concerns, or feedback.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and age 18+.

First Aid and CRP certified, or willing to procure certification.

Prior childcare experience.

At least two years of general employment experience.

Valid driver's license and insurance, with a clean driving record.

Pass a background check and provide references.

Flexible availability.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
