Pizza maker

This position is from Wed to Sat 10pm to close(4-4:30am) shifts and rest of the days 5pm to close ( 11pm-11:30pm) shifts

Duties

-fast paced pizza making

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specific recipes and customer preferences

- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed

- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized

- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent food contamination

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

- Assist with catering orders and special events as needed

- Do dishes as needed

- Clean all the equipments & keep the restaurant clean.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a pizza or kitchen environment is preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

No phones while on the clock
