HOA - Portfolio Community Association Manager

Seeking a NV licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) that is licensed to manage Homeowner Associations. Must have valid NV CAM license - doesn't matter if you are Provisional or not.
Provisional managers' portfolio will consist of 7-8 Associations.
A seasoned managers' portfolio will consist of no more than 12 Associations.
Looking for professional manager that is willing to work in a team environment. If you are a solo manager that doesn't want to work in a team, this is not for you. Participation in meetings and team discussions is required.
Pay is dependent on experience and any references or letters or recommendation you may have.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30AM - 6:00PM plus meetings that will be outside of normal working hours
