Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Consultant to join our team at Chandlers Bay Apartments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for showcasing our properties and ensuring a seamless leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the property and detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms.

Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, delivering exceptional customer service.

Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the property market, competitive properties, and current leasing trends to effectively promote Chandlers Bay Apartments.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective residents to answer any questions and facilitate lease signings.

Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities to foster a positive living environment.

Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals and provide feedback on marketing strategies.

Ensure all leasing paperwork is organized and filed correctly, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, addressing any resident concerns and coordinating maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in property management, leasing, or sales is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
