Concrete Laborer

Job Title: Production Worker ($22/hour)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated production workers for our concrete plant. Your primary responsibilities include setting, filling, and grating forms to meet our production needs. You will also be expected to perform daily tasks such as sweeping and picking up to maintain a clean work environment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Brighton, Colorado.

Work Environment

Our production environment operates on a day shift, requiring flexibility with start times between 5:30 and 8am. Currently, we are working four ten-hour shifts, but overtime, including longer days and required Saturdays during our busy season, may be necessary. Each team is led by a lead and a supervisor. It's important that you are comfortable working in both cold and hot weather conditions.
