Responsibilities

Handling sensitive information with integrity

Managing mailroom operations and meeting daily shipping deadlines

Packaging and shipping documents accurately

Communicating with delivery services to resolve issues

Refilling and maintaining printers and office machines (requires lifting and moving of up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment)

Updating delivery messages in shipping software

Scanning and shredding documents

Working with other team members

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Mail room or office experience

Package handling experience

Qualifications

Excellent time management skills

Highly organized

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Energetic and able to stand for long periods of time

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment

Compensation

$18.50 - $19.00 DOE per hour
