Porter / Care Taker for a small shopping center

2 Year old shopping center with no grass, just plants needs a full time person to lightly trim plants and check over the overall well being of the shopping center 5 days a week. This is the Publix at Babcock Ranch plaza and we are hiring immediately.

Duties include:

Sprinkler check monthly. ( All Drip Tube) super easy

Pole saw brown branches off low palm trees as needed

Pick up trash daily from plaza

Pull weeds from mulch beds
