Saigon Sisters Restaurant Group seeks a proficient Line Cook to join our team. We are dedicated to establishing ourselves as a leading brand in the Vietnamese/Thai cuisine market, both in the fast-casual sector and the upscale yet casual dining scene.

Requirements:

Demonstrated genuine interest and passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Minimum of 10 years of diverse kitchen experience

Comprehensive understanding of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices

Benefits/Perks:

Two consecutive days off per week

No late-night shifts

Closed on Sundays-Mondays and significant holidays
