Job Summary:This individual contributor is primarily responsible for assisting with the strategic direction for the business in support of designated functional HR area and assisting in the design, development and execution of HR practices, programs, and initiatives.Essential Responsibilities:

Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by sharing resources, information, and knowledge with coworkers and customers; listening, responding to, and seeking performance feedback; acknowledging strengths and weaknesses; assessing and responding to the needs of others; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines; following procedures and policies and applying data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborating with others, often cross-functionally, to solve business problems; supporting the completion of priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; identifying and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities when possible; and escalating issues or risks as appropriate.

Assists with the strategic direction for the business in support of designated functional HR area by assisting with projects/programs including updating project plans and distributing notes; gathering data and conducting basic analysis; and gathering materials for presentations to HR and business leadership.

Assists in the design, development, and execution of HR practices, programs, and initiatives by supporting the implementation of tools; gathering data to measure performance against plans and business objectives; raising opportunities to modify design or implementation strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field OR Minimum two (2) years experience in human resources, business operations, or a field specified in the job posting.
