Care Enablement-Health Solutions Initiatives DirectorLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must live within 50 miles/1 hour commute of one of our Elevance Health locations.The Care Enablement- Health Solutions Initiatives Director is responsible for supporting business strategies and operations through a portfolio of care enablement & care delivery assets with a focus on strategic planning and growth, operational process improvement, and provider business practice application.Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

Works with multiple matrix partners, including Executive Leadership Team, to drive care enablement initiatives.

Builds and manages relationships; collaborates across stakeholders to solve complex problems.

Resolves and escalates issues and barriers to success as required.

As a subject matter expert in strategies and provider operations, the key leader serves as liaison for both internal and external business partners, spearheading prioritization and strategic alignment, and ensuring execution.

Oversees the coordination of all initiatives.

Ensures continuous tracking of progress of initiatives and measuring both the quantitative and qualitative outcomes of those activities.

Develops regular reporting mechanisms to signal status across the breadth of initiative activities.

Delivers timely and effective reporting to key leaders across the enterprise.

Provides context and insight to accompany recurring integration reporting deliverables.

Identifies significant risks and troubleshoots them with stakeholders and key leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience including 5 years of clinical experience with 5 years leadership/management experience in strategy/project management, and managing significant business results; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Master’s degree preferred.

Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Extensive experience in provider environment, ideally in operational leadership role (e.g., clinic operations, provider back-office operations, provider market growth) preferred.

Prior experience as a P&L leader with finance and acquisition/integration knowledge preferred.

Leadership skills required along with management experience.

Works well independently and possesses growth-focused entrepreneurial mindset.

High learning agility and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in influencing and working with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $148,240 to $280,174.Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; New York; Nevada, Washington State; Jersey City, NJIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
