Lead Carpenter Needed

We are a General Contractor looking for a Lead Carpenter. Types of projects include residential new builds, additions & remodels. We do everything from foundation and framing to interior finish while trying to plan interior work for winters. Jobs located within South Lake Tahoe.
Qualifications:
-Experience leading a crew.
-Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
-Ability to work independently and see tasks to completion.
-Strong math skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to troubleshoot and proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Can lift heavy materials when required.
-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
-Must have reliable vehicle or way to get to job sites.
-Maintain professionalism while on the job site
Not required but great to have:
-Ability to read and interpret plans.
-Familiarity of building in alpine environments.
-Your own tools.
Pay rate:
DOE $45-$55/hr
