A healthy work life balance is essential:

Tuesday - Thursday with varying 8-hour shifts between 6:00am - 6:00pm

You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program developmentand not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) in-person skills component required

ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification

Group exercise experience

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Fitness Specialist:

Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience

Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service

Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement

Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals

Leads new and innovative group exercise classes

Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations

Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting
