Position: HR / Driver Advocate

35-40 Hour Per Week

$24.00 per hour

Medical- IRA- Paid Holidays- Paid Time Off

Job Description:

Make a connection with each driver and prevent/ solve issues and concerns before they become deal breakers to ensure maximum driver retention.

Tasks:

Compliance Monitoring / Enforcement

Promote, track, and reward driver metrics

Schedule and conduct driver interviews, reviews, and exit interviews.
