Construction Laborer

Madrona Brothers is seeking a self-motivated general laborer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of dependability while working both independently and within a team, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Hardworking / energetic / reliable

Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather

Must have access to reliable transportation

Must be able to follow instruction

Must be eager to learn

Must be dependable and punctual

Compensation:

Construction Laborer wages start at $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr DOE

Minimal or no construction experience needed. Some experience is a plus, but reliability, and a driver’s license/vehicle are most important. This is a good opportunity to learn a large expanse of construction trades from dirt work/operating (heavy machinery) all the way to interior finish work to completion of high-end homes. This is a place where we will take the time to teach you and give you hands-on experience in a comfortable environment. Just be ready to show up on time, and work.
