JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Manage calendar and scheduling.

Answering the phones

Client follow-up and status communication

Scanning

Handle, file, and organize all records on behalf of a client

Some data entry

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be Punctual & Reliable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills English & Spanish.

Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Can understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Strong organizational, problem-solving and able to manage priorities and workflow.

A responsible, communicative person who is willing to learn
