Summary

Aether Models LLC is seeking driven and dynamic individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Agents. This remote, commission-based role offers the flexibility to work your own hours with no quotas, making it an ideal fit for those with a passion for networking and the entertainment industry. As a Talent Acquisition Agent, you will play a key role in our agency by scouting and recruiting new models, guiding them through the onboarding process, and serving as their local point of contact. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals looking to leverage their networking skills to help aspiring models succeed while earning substantial income based on performance. For many, this may be a second stream of revenue until they expand it enough. Agents will earn 8% of total revenue of models personally recruited through their various platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Patreon, OnlyFans, etc.

Responsibilities

Scouting and Recruitment:

- Identify and approach potential talent at clubs, events, campuses, and other local venues.

- Reach out and network via social media and source talent online via other means.

- Network and build relationships with aspiring models and influencers.

Onboarding and Guidance:

- Walk new recruits through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the benefits and expectations of joining Aether Models LLC.

- Assist models in setting up their profiles and ensure they understand our platform's features and guidelines.

Local Point of Contact:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruited models, providing ongoing support and answering any questions they may have.

- Maintain regular communication with models to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.

Promotion and Marketing:

- Promote Aether Models LLC at various events and through local marketing initiatives.

- Distribute promotional materials and provide information about the agency's services.

Reporting and Coordination:

- Report recruitment activities and progress to the Director of Talent.

- Coordinate with the agency's management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continuous support for models.

Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities for talent acquisition.

- Attend training sessions and workshops as required to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Required:

- Outgoing and social personality

- Confidence and boldness in approaching potential talent

- Excellent communication skills to clearly and eloquently explain our business model

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Preferred:

- Prior experience in talent acquisition, sales, or a similar field

- Familiarity with the modeling or social media influencer industry

- Previous experience working in a commission-based role

- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
