Overview:Beacon Hill is seeking a Receptionist for a contract-to-hire position in Doraville, GA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist in an office setting, including responsibilities such as welcoming guests, managing conference room schedules, responding to inquiries from visitors, and providing support for event coordination. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required. This position is a 6-month contract and will require presence in the office Monday through Friday.We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a welcoming presence in our office, adept at managing various tasks professionally and efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and supporting various administrative functions.Daily Duties:- Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and guests- Answer and manage incoming calls; direct calls to the appropriate staff, take messages and schedule appointments as needed.- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.- Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing and record-keeping tasks.- Prepare and mail invoices to customers.- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring supply rooms are well-organized and clean.- Support the Accounting team with preparing statements and other assigned duties.- Assist the Branch Manager with managing POD delivery tickets.- Maintain the PTO calendar for the President.- Keep track of the daily sign-out sheet for PTO and lunch breaks.- Coordinate food orders for office events as requested.- Update social media platforms for holidays, events, office closures, and other announcements as needed.Qualifications:- A wonderful personality that is willing to assist everyone with anything.- Ability to excel at reception duties and other tasks as assigned.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.- High school diploma or equivalent required.How to Apply:Does this opportunity match your career goals?
