Companion for mentally disabled male, aged 38

I am in need of someone who can do some very light, occasional work with my 38 year old step-son who has a mental health issue. Primarily we need someone to remind him to take his medications (a quick job daily) but this could also develop into a paid companion to help him improve the quality of his life. He is a perfect gentleman with no issues; and an interesting conversationalist. He sometimes forgets to take his medications (once per day) and this is a problem when I sometimes need to travel. Background check and 2 letters of reference required. Am negotiable on rate.
