Private caregiver and house assistant

I am a vital, good natured female, T4 paraplegic, seeking a female care provider to assist me in daily hygiene routines, household assistance, light chores, driving/errands and preparing and cooking healthy meals.

The candidate should have a positive, “can do” attitude, be self-initiating, self-managing, reliable and an energetic individual who enjoys being on the move and interacting with a busy household. Also, must enjoy dogs and farm animals and assisting with an infant grandchild from time to time. Coordination care with my other caregivers is a plus. On occasion, opportunities to travel will be available if you would like to assist on a family vacation.

Daily care duties include minor hygiene assistance, wheelchair transfers, driving me around Vancouver, Portland and Salem, preparing healthy, home cooked meals, light house work, household organization, errands and some outside seasonal chores. Thursday, Friday 8:30-5:00pm and Saturday 8:30-12. Hourly pay based on experience, $23-$26. Paid bi-weekly.

Requirements: caregiving 3+ years experience is a plus but willing to train the right individual, experienced driving and cooking. No fragrance or essential oils. Choke prevention and CPR trained preferred. Drug and smoke/vape free. Must have immaculate references and clean background check. Transportation required.
